FREE WORKSHOP: Shaking Up The Salt Story

Almost 2,000 years ago, the Roman naturalist and philosopher Pliny the Elder said, “Heaven knows, a civilized life is impossible without salt,” and it’s safe to say nothing has changed. Across the world, salt is prized for the way it makes food of any kind taste better, no matter if it’s simple buttered noodles, a slab of watermelon, or expensive beef tartare.

Join us in studio for our FREE WORKSHOP as we unlock the secrets and dispel the myths of salt. We'll educate you on the different terms from table to kosher and pink Himalayan to Maldon, while learning how to effectively use it in all your cooking. You'll have a chance to sample some different applications of salt from savoury to sweet.
