Food Menu: Frozen Citrus "Soufllé", Rosemary and Beet Salad with Toasted Walnuts & Whipped Goats Cheese, Scallops in Sumac Curry with Spiced Grapefruit, Duck Confit with Juniper and Orange, Lavender-Maple Glaze & Mini Potato Galette.
