MAKE & TAKE: Lemon Tiramisu
In Italian, "tiramisu" means "pick-me-up" probably because of the espresso coffee used to make this traditional Italian dessert. In today's class, we're switching things up to make a lemon version, but with all the same sweetness of the traditional version. You'll bake up a batch of lady finger biscuits from scratch, create your creamy marscapone filling kissed with limoncello liqueur and assemble your tiramisu ready to transport home for a delicious dessert ready for dinner or to serve on Father's Day.
